The Agriculture program
at NICC is
moving rapidly into the next century with several unique qualities.
- We offer
extensive on-line
training, which allows you to take courses when and where you
want.
- With our
2+2+2 program it is possible for you to obtain an associates degree in
Agriculture one year after you have graduated from high school and only
having
attended classes on the NICC campus for a total of less than 100 days. With our extensive articulation of courses
with Iowa State University you can continue the 2+2+2 program and
easily
advance you associate’s degree to a bachelor’s degree.
- We offer
state of the art
training facilities in
Dairy, Ag Mechanics and Technology, Arboriculture, and GPS/GIS
- We have our
own campus farm
as a working lab which
students help manage and operate.
